Our Policy
As a DJ, wanting to be listed by our directory, you should be familiar with and supportive of the following policy:
-
As a DJ, you will not willingly participate in promoting, encouraging, or having any thing to do
with the use of ilicit drugs such as is common among the "rave" scenes.
- As a DJ, you will do your best to promote a moral environment and party scene that can be enjoyed
by all. You will be modest in appearance and dressed appropriately for the occasion you are servicing.
- You will commit to playing music that would be proper for any minor to be able to listen too, and
not be considered "obscene" as is defined by court statute to be of a pornograhic nature. "Any music
proper for a minor" means that it would be legal for any minor to purchase without having parental consent.
- You will abstain from any questionable material that the Event / Wedding Coordinator has asked you
not to play.
- You will abstain from servicing on any property, premise, or in any building that is not allowable by any Federal, State or
Local government law.
- You will honor contracts to DJ, to the best of your ability, excepting extreme circumstances that can't be
helped.
- If you have come upon an extreme circumstance that can't be helped you will do your best to
compensate or "make right" your inability to DJ for that event, as much as is possible within your
means.
- As a DJ listed in the directories of the right DJ you realize that any abuse of this
policy could, and should be reported by any person who has acquired your services, and that upon the
report of any abuse, your listings by the right DJ are subject to being revoked with no refund.
- As a DJ, if you have been reported as having abused this policy, you will be contacted from a
representative of the right DJ and informed of the reported abuse, in order that you have
a chance to defend yourself. However, it is our right to decide whether the abuse was committed,
and to decide to discontinue any listings for your services. Upon this decision any contractual
agreement, and any moneys paid will be forfeited, and we will have no further obligation on our part.
- You also as a DJ, may at any time decide to not be listed by the right DJ, and forfeit any
moneys paid for the service that you terminated.
- As a DJ, wanting to be listed by the right DJ, you must agree to all of these terms.
